## In-house basic evaluation

IBB Baugesellschaft has an in-house department for the **preliminary assessment** of private, commercial and agricultural construction projects. Our services include, among other things, the enquiry of construction ideas, advice on the overall service requirements, close cooperation with external architects and recognised energy consultants for the preparation of an energy passport, **the examination of technical feasibility**, the submission of optimisation proposals, the quantity surveying, the determination of construction costs, etc. In close cooperation with all departments, parallel searches are carried out for more cost-effective, functional and sensible alternatives in order to avoid costly and uneconomical implementation.

## Planning, statics, technics

On the basis of the architect's approved plans, our **technical and graphic department** develops the technical basis of the construction project, makes all arrangements with the different subcontractors involved in the construction and integrates their technical details into the planning.

Subsequently, our technicians draw up **the execution plans** of the various construction phases (detailed drawings of sections and construction plans) - **partly in 3D**. Each element of the construction project is checked and optimised to achieve perfect technical and static feasibility. For wishes that cannot be implemented, satisfactory alternatives are sought. If necessary adjustments are made during the construction phase, we also ensure that the execution plans are updated.

One of the strengths of IBB's technical office lies in **the true-to-detail representation and documentation** of complex components. In close exchange with the respective site managers, these binding documents are sent to the construction teams on site.
