A Townhouse in a New Light

From an old building to a modern living concept

Opening space, gaining light

In the course of a comprehensive core renovation, a classic suburban house was transformed into a modern, energy-efficient home full of character.
All ceilings were removed, and the interior was opened up to the roof – a step that created light, space, and new perspectives.

Architecture between tradition and modernity

The new slate roof, the lime-washed façade made of old brick, and dark accents give the house a clear and contemporary appearance.
Custom aluminum windows, loft-style steel doors, and a combination of wood, metal, and plaster create a harmonious interplay between traditional materials and modern elements.

Modern thinking inside and out

The exterior was also rethought: carport, balcony, and canopy consistently continue the architectural concept.

Thus, an existing house was transformed into a future-proof low-energy home – open, bright, and sustainably planned.
