New Municipal Depot Büllingen

Modern infrastructure for efficient municipal operations
New Municipal Depot Büllingen

Des infrastructures complémentaires pour une utilisation polyvalente

With the new municipal depot in Büllingen, a functionally well-designed infrastructure is being created to support the various trades and operational processes of the municipality of Büllingen.

The main hall brings together work areas for carpentry, metalworking, green services, as well as for electricians, painters and the water service. It is complemented by office and storage spaces, enabling short distances and a clear organisation in day-to-day operations.

The second hall accommodates the vehicle fleet. Directly adjacent is the salt storage facility with a capacity of 250 tonnes, ensuring reliable operational readiness even during the winter months.

Additional facilities for versatile use

In addition, the project includes a 50 m² greenhouse for plant propagation, 9 material bays for the separate storage of sand, gravel and chippings, as well as a washing area for vehicles and equipment.

As part of this extensive construction project, we were responsible for the execution of the structural works, the façade, and the tiling works.

The project was carried out in collaboration with the following partners:

  • Earthworks: Maraite Bernard AG
  • Timber construction: X-Wood
  • Polished concrete: Prodal
  • Metalwork: Metallbau & Schlosserei Andreas Meyer & MSF MetallDesign
  • Internal plastering and screed works: Tilesuite by PCF
