A few days ago, the inauguration of our large-scale building project in the Rue de la Frontière in Vianden took place in the presence of important players from Luxembourg’s politics as well as the core group of the Red Cross around the director Mr. Simonis. IBB created a multifunctional building area with around 6,300 m² of usable space in a remarkable compactness (partially 6 floors + underground parking).
At the request of our client, the Luxembourg Red Cross, IBB realised a residential concept for intergenerational living. The complex provides space for 52 apartments, communal areas as well as childcare facilities and sufficient parking spaces.
