Office Building “BARK” in Bertrange

Sustainable Architecture Meets Modern Design

For our client Polyform S.A., we realized the new BARK office building in collaboration with CBA Architects. Spanning three floors and approximately 2,100 m², the building offers space for five modern office units. The natural larch wood façade, installed on a ventilated structure, provides an attractive appearance and sustainable construction. In the entrance area, a multi-story aluminum post-and-beam structure creates an elegant connection between the façade and the roof.

Innovative Technology and High-Quality Materials

Beneath the raised floor runs a flexible network of power, data, and heating lines. Integrated heated and cooled ceilings ensure a comfortable indoor climate, complemented by 765 m² of acoustic panels on the upper floor. Exposed concrete surfaces, premium materials, and meticulous waterproofing work highlight the building’s modern and sustainable character.
