Turnkey sports hall in Niederkorn

First class site for sports activities
With this appealing building project IBB Baugesellschaft also proves to be a specialist for turnkey sports hall constructions. We would like to thank all participating partner companies for their successful cooperation and professional work.

From now on, students can go wild playing handball, basketball, table tennis, gymnastics, volleyball, indoor football, badminton and many other activities. Sports can be practiced in the whole hall area or simultaneously in divided hall segments.

Sports-specific requirements – Passive house standard

The three-storey sports hall construction is characterised by the use of concrete, glass, wood and metal. The building is equipped with a spectator gallery for approx. 300 people, with sport-specific ancillary and functional rooms such as changing rooms and sanitary facilities as well as fitness and gymnastics areas. A spacious foyer rounds off the space available. The sophisticated equipment thus meets the diverse requirements of use.

The lamella facade on the upper floor acts as a sunscreen and creates a play of shadow and light. The sophisticated equipment meets the high technical requirements in the area of ventilation, heating and sanitary engineering. The hall meets passive house standards and is equipped according to the latest technical know-how. In addition, the new building is characterised by an active contribution to climate protection.

We have known IBB for a very long time. I am impressed by their attitude. They have the motto: There are no problems, there are only solutions.
