Renovation and extension

IBB Baugesellschaft was chosen to realise the concept of an administration building for the municipality of Lenningen, located in Canach, approximately 16 km from Luxembourg City. With the renovation and new construction, the municipality creates an optimal, flexible and central contact point for the population and increases the attractiveness of the location in the centre of the village.

Efficient and citizen-focused contact point

The new central contact point is intended to contribute to the sustainable development of the living and economic area in the municipality of Lenningen. The modern workplace combines the rich range of services and supports the development of local values. This innovative building project will create a large central administrative unit with a future-oriented office concept, optimal logistics and space for meetings. The new building is an open and welcoming place that brings added value in dealing with the local authorities.

Operational and utilisation concept

As an employer, the municipality wants to carry out its tasks with high productivity and and convince with efficient administrative operations. From the beginning, the approach taken was to consider future requirements for building development, building equipment, building services, security, facility management, etc. As a general contractor and in cooperation with the proven partner companies, IBB has contributed to the successful implementation of the various objectives.

Coordinated planning and execution

IBB Baugesellschaft was responsible for all construction work, overall management and site management. Accordingly, the coordination in the planning and execution phase was carried out in close cooperation with the municipality, the planners and IBB. Every single partner and subcontractor involved in the construction was directly commissioned by IBB to provide the necessary services. A special thanks for the always trustful cooperation goes to all partner companies involved in the planning and realisation of the project.
